Whether it’s for an exclusive dinner party, a corporate event, or a celebratory canapé gathering, my menus are often based around sharing bowls of fresh, seasonal, healthy food. My informal dishes and rustic-style bowl food are designed to taste great, look beautiful and always to be enjoyed with others.

Food seasonality, flavour and sustainability are all of prime importance in my cooking, as is using top quality local ingredients. I often cater for vegetarian, wheat-free and low carb diets and pride myself on creating great-tasting healthy food that is always packed with flavour.
