200ml almond milk
150g dark chocolate buttons (70% cocoa)
10g unsalted butter
1 orange (zest)
10g raw honey – optional
Serves 4-6 (50g -70g each)
Method:
Put the chocolate buttons in a small bowl.
Heat the milk gently, not quite to boiling. Pour over the chocolate and whisk until smooth.
Add the butter, orange zest and honey (if using) and stir through the chocolate mixture while still warm.
Pour into mini glasses or cups and chill for a few hours until set.
